Loops and Marker key changes

I have created a song using loops that I purchased from Band on Demand construction kits as well as other loop sources. It turned out great except for one issue. I have one particular key change that should be a minor key but Sonar does not offer minor keys in the drop down selection. The only way to do it is to find a loop that was recorded in the key you require which is not always included in the construction kit I want to use and using parts from other loop kits just doesn't mix well. I have looked at Kontact 5 and using KLI series loops which would mean upgrading all my loops which would be expensive. Is there any other solution or can an improvement be made in Sonar. Can Kontact even change a major to minor. What about Melodyne?
