Lost Rapture Pro sounds- solved

Just before Christmas, I lost my C drive and had to restore a lot of apps on my new drive.  Fortunately, I got nearly everything back except for one expansion pack for Rapture Pro.  It was the freebie, Digital Sound Factory Symphonic HD, that came out a few years ago.  When I go into Cakewalk content-Rapture Pro-Programs, the program names are listed, but the samples are not there.  I can use every preset in RP except those, so where might the samples for this pack reside?  I would hate to lose these sample, and I can't find them in My Products.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ps- It originally came with Dimension Pro as a free pack, and I found it in the Cakewalk store for $149.00.

I would guess the samples would be in one of two places, the RPro or DPro sample folder. The default DPro sample folder is "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Multisamples" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Multisamples."

Thanks Steve, unfortunately, that's where I started, but I have every expansion pack and sample except the Sound Factory Symphonic set

Hi - I just looked at my Cakewalk Account - My Products page, and sure enough, that sound pack is listed there under my account, and clicking on the link for it takes me to a download page where indeed I can download it again from Cakewalk, if needed.

So - please check your My Products page for your Cakewalk Account.  (open a Cakewalk tab in your browser, and if you are logged on, just click on your account name up in the top right of the screen, and then click on My Products and scroll down until you see the sound pack.  Then, click on the link, and that will take you to the download page for it.

Hope that helps,

Bob Bone

Thanks Bob, but it isn't on my page, unfortunately.  I remember that it was a Dimension Pro add on, and I even clicked on DP and found the 3 expansion packs, so I'll d/l them, though I'm sure I already have them.

OK, I found it hiding in my massive download folder.  I looked there before, but I must have just missed it.  I'm good to go now, and thanks for you effort.
