Lost open tools module by mouse wheel click functionality

Now instead of my mouse wheel click opening the tools module it shows a magnifying glass with a plus sign within it. HEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPP! :)

How do I restore the mouse wheel click to open the tools module menu?

    I fixed it... I went into my logitech mouse settings and clicked instead of "zoom" for the mouse wheel behavior I changed it to "keystroke" and put a "t" (without the quotes) in the dialogue box.

    Kind of an extreme way of working around this issue. But oh well...
