Lost patch settings after saving

Hi all,
I have started a new project using my Roland Integra 7. Having set up each track with a separate midi channel and selected a patch for each channel on the Integra 7, all is well. I then save the project - as a Cakewalk bundle.
However, when I open the project later, none of the patch settings are remembered. Each track still has the correct midi channel, and still assigned to the Integra 7, but all the patches are lost and need to be re-set - which means I have to write them all down!!
is there a way keep the patches intact when saving?
It only seems to happen on the Integra 7.

Any ideas?

Try saving as a .cwp not .cwb

Just to confirm - did you put bank and patch changes on the tracks in Sonar or slect them manually on your synth? Either insert them or use the the track inspector.
