rtucker55 So did you get to the Indiginus Instruments booth 7708? Were they showing RENEGADE?
Holy Moley, how did I not know Tracy was here? Must have been a late entry, as he's not on my list. I will make that my first stop this morning. Thanks for the heads-up, RT.

Bit, if you can push those IKM youngsters aside, would you ask someone about upgrading T-RackS ?

Spent an hour with Tracy and his lovely wife Brenda. Great folks, would be happy to have them as neighbors. And yes, at least part of that time was spent talking about Renegade. Nutshell: it's a Telecaster, it's awesome, and it's available next week. I will be reviewing it, of course. Short review: if you're into electric guitar libraries you will definitely want to add this one to your kit. I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Feeling' for ya. And for me. Did go to Musikmesse last year, though, but was a bit too germane for my impertinence

I wonder if the I-pad version will work on an I-phone 6s plus. I was going to get a 128gb 6s plus and skip the I-pad because the screen on the plus is big enough to double as a phone and tablet for me. I hope so... IK and others should consider this. I don't guess I should complain too much about free stuff but still... J

thepianist53 My interest would be if I could use it with Cubasis on the iPad. I have ozone and that's fine with me at this point. But I just downloaded the demo iPad version, to see what it is all about. potentially this is quite a nice product, depending on it's uses and versatility.
Did you notice any in-app prices associated with unlocking the Demo mode?
€99 to unlock the free iPad demo

I'm looking forward to a demo for PC, YouTube videos, etc. It looks like standalone will not give the visuals T-Racks does like analyzer, stereo, etc. I'm seeing no fade in,out creating in standalone so that will have to be taken care of beforehand. Looks simple. Simple results or masterful? That's what I want to find out...

People laugh or don't take seriously doing work on the iPad. In case many of you have forgotten, the iPad is likely more powerful than the computers you were using 5 years ago to record 24+ track audio. Its TOTALLY capable of running high end audio on a stereo mix.

Also... why would you need to use it with another app. Its a mastering tool made to do one thing. Master 2 track audio with a limited set of controls so you can't f__k it up too badly or get lost like one can in Ozone or Cubase or Sonar. People need to learn to take things for what they are sometimes and appreciate their purpose and not always second guess the manufacturers or the concepts these tools are intended to satisfy. I got this for Ipad and its really pretty excellent. The thing I DON"T like is that u need to use iTunes to get the songs into the tool. That is a PITA! However, they're arre many ways to get the finished songs out.

I agree with you. Though there is far less "that's not pro" or "it's too old" or "it's not the best so you're an idiot to use it", on these Forums. If you can get a good master on an iPad, go get 'em. An iPad is a great studio tool for lots of people. If I have 12 really great songs, I'll have someone master them for me. For now, easy, good results are good enough. Who has the time to study every aspect of this huge audio production field. Ive been working on teaching myself piano, music theory and guitar set up. I'm working on cutting my own nut (OUCH!!) so the strings don't flap around in different tunings. And trying to figure out my new phone. And my life long quest to make a pizza so good it will make you cry. (I'm darn close on that one). There's room for everyone; mastering on an iPad doesn't make you a slacker as long as it sounds good. At least not as much of a slacker as putting in a frozen pizza.
