Lyrics

When I load a Kar file, I can see that track #2 is "lyrics" or "words"
If I select track 2 and open the event list window, I can see the succession of words
If I hit "lyrics", I do not see any thing even if I change the font
Am I missing something?
Thanks

kar files are karaoke files and SONAR doesn't open them natively. It's really just seeing that there's MIDI data there and opening the file to display any MIDI data.

So you'll have to go on the net and find a Karaoke file player - lots of them around and see if when opening the file in that program ifyou  can extract the lyrics from it. All the best

Thanks a lot... I was just wondering why you could not see the lyrics.  They might be visible only after they are put in within Sonar!
You are right, there are good programs to play kar files such as Van Basco
    Cheers
