I started my journey weighing 227
now I am at 185 been down to 181, down two dress sizes LOL...
 
my original goal was to get to 200, my GP told me no, I want you @ 190.
 
If I go by the published tables they suggest 165, thats just not possible.

For the record I felt good when I was 210. I was there for about three years in a row. Funny thing, everyone I knew said I looked too thin almost . And these are people who are thin.
 
I'm running about 239 as of late. Which says I'm obese.
 
By the book I should be 144-188. If I were there it would look like I'm wearing an invisibility cloak.
 
My goal is to get back to 210 or at best 200.

I'm just too short for my weight. Nothing I can do about that.
