For the record I felt good when I was 210. I was there for about three years in a row. Funny thing, everyone I knew said I looked too thin almost . And these are people who are thin.

I'm running about 239 as of late. Which says I'm obese.

By the book I should be 144-188. If I were there it would look like I'm wearing an invisibility cloak.

My goal is to get back to 210 or at best 200.

very good Bapsi, its a lifestyle change, I have learned.I really initially got bummed out by the "books" suggestion, but reality kicks in and practicality reigns supreme.

I just got below 250 for the first time in a while. But I'm 6'4" and played sports most of my life so it's not that bad.

For moi, all Fridays are always meatless.
However, Mon - Sun it's ON!! :))

I'll be going home for lunch (1/2 day today), so I'm not sure what the good Mrs. has cooked up.....it's always somethng gouda!! :))
