I'm drinking a lot of H2O to flush out the system.....(battling my latest gout attack.....for about a month now).
Not easy limping to the restroom when everyone in the office is asking "is everything all right?".....more pain....no gain.

The (not so funny) thing is, I've been very careful (since the early onset earlier last month) and always eating moderately when I do eat "gouty" foods....the Mrs. is a real worrier and also a warrior...so when it comes to diet, I'm doing exactly as I'm told/given to eat.
This little bout is just the longest time the gout has hung around.......ain't no joke ya'll, but I just work with the pain.....(not the Mrs. lol)
