I hadn't cut my lawn in 2-3 weeks (studying for an exam) and one of my neighbors had put a note in my mailbox:
 
 
 
Cut Grass
 
or
 
Pay Fine
 
 
 
I'm guessing it's the neighbor directly in front of my house who's always doing yard work.
 
I'm returning the note and will state: "will pay fine, grass won't be cut."   
 
 

Pay Fine?  To whom?
