ahh ok well look here

I tried this pork tenderloin from my local market that you cook IN THE BAG, it was seasoned already it turned out well
I baked a nice large sweet potato with a slathering of butter, and nuked some canned(yes I KNOW, CANE MY ARSE) field peas

I can do this for we are on holiday for the break , cooking in the MM kitchen as such

I do love the spicy food and condiments my friend,I once blew the mind of an ex gfs brother who dared me to eat an habanero pepper in front of him, I did ,and washed it down with louisiana Hot Sauce
