It's just hard to deal with ... those kinds of memories, specially when you had family members taken away, and the two oldest children had guns pulled to their heads to shut up the father writer and theater/film critic ... and then we get the same thing here. It's just sad. It's not "killjoy" ... it's a reality that is not easy to deal with, and everyone thinks that a Walt Disney film, or Star Wars will fix ... !!!

Sorry to hear about this Pedro and of course I couldn't have imagined the pic would've triggered any bad memories in anyone.......after all, this is the FSF and posting anything serious is just wrong. With time, hope all things will heal for you.

I have NEVER heard even a single claim that a popular film would fix anything.

He's OK ... but I'm not sure that he helped a whole lot ... he's still a good way to find out about these details on things on a national scale, but I wish he got more support locally ... I found, for example, the one on East Lansing (GM) a really bad one ... and the whole thing just deteriorated, instead of giving folks in town another option or legal recourse. Basically, GM is allowed to rape the state for a handful of jobs ... and if it fails ... too bad!

This Fred has gone to the cats & dogs...........we need to bring it back to monkeys (minus the PTSD).
