Speaking of lunch, I bought some honey smoked ham to top my Becan toasted samich that I serve myself with Arbys curley fries and my mustard potato salad(for dipping) and ENSURE( doc's request) with vanlilie ice cream and a coke


Even without the ENSURE that meal would INSURE a whole lotta movement in me.
