Well then, congratulations are really in order.

Had to call a government agency today.  Over 50 minutes on hold, then I hear a ring and... *click!* 
 
Arrrrrggggghhhh!!!! 
 
Called back, got the same initial operator who, fortunately, remembered me and was able to put me at "the front of the line" so my next wait was only 18 minutes...   *Sigh...*

You should do that for a living. Hire yourself out to wait on the line for others. You'll get 68 minutes of posting in while being paid to do so.
