I was doing a little test to see if anyone actually reads the TOTP, but I'm guessing we don't. With all the games mentioned there, I slipped in a Gin & Tonic that basically went.......well, down the drain.

See what migraine does with me It's tuesday here as well, it seems after checking
Now I might go from being extremely lousy on drums, to just plain lousy

I've had one attack already today, but not as hard as yesterday. Just hope they are going away soon..
But marginally better today. 

Just a general question for you guys (from a noobius mixer)...
 
I have 1 vocal track, 1 acoustic guitar track, and 1 synth that I mixed, and sounded nice/ok to me. I used Ozone 7 to master this (with one of the presets very slightly tweaked)....which also sounded very nice.
 
After converting it to an Mp3 (192 kHz) and listening to it here at work, I hear a lot of mids that need to be tamed (no buzzing or unpleasantness, but way too much mids IMO and just on the vocals only) that I don't recall hearing last night at my DAW.
 
If it isn't anything to do with the mp3 conversion, should I try to EQ the mids or?? (a different Mastering preset?)
 
 
 

I don't have Ozone, but know there is a multiband comp there. Do you use it? Maybe to much mid compression?
That would be my guess, but might not be worth the web it was written on

I'm soon off to collect my "new" drums
