Wait there was already a master bus in my project, I just need to send every track thorough it somehow.
 
Wait a minute again, all the tracks are already going through it, I just need to find its volume curve ...


Look at the bottom of every track in the mixer. According to the image you posted you are already sending all your tracks to the Master Bus.

God Im such an idiot. The view for the master bus in the track section was simply minimised. I just had to click on an arrow to get it open again.
 
And its done!
