Im back from subways, I said later and I went now.

I should not have eaten that pack of crisps. One moment of weakness = more time needed to lose weight.
But my trousers are fitting much looser on the 4th belt hole, and now they slip off without needing to unbutton them. Progress. I havnt measured yet, but it looks like 2-3 inches are gone.
As long as I have nothing thats fried and no more pizzas / excessive cheese, the fat will gradually melt away. And walks. Lots of walks needed.
Oh and no chocolate, and I shouldnt be eating any crisps but today I was weak.
