And yesterday I didnt go for a walk ...
I ate a bowl of cereal, a salad of cucumber, raddishes and onion with nothing else, then some melon and a pot noodle.
Didnt get any protein though, I'll have beans or go for a meat sub again today, though its only 2 am currently.
My food at home is basic because I'm not into cooking, would rather just buy ready made meat stuff.
Pot noodles arent that nice, but they keep for a long time and I buy a couple of cases of them a year.
