I just read this morning that Noway ranks as the top happiest country in the world followed by Sweden.
It must be the free trade agreement between Ken and Sweden (beer and cigs) that keep both countries so happy.

Also Finland has the best education system in the world.
Norway also has the best prisons in the world, and they focus on rehabilitation not punishments. Their prisons are better than student accommodation in most other countries.
