I would like to see a chord track similar to the one in Cubase 7.5 developed for Sonar Platinum!  This is a great feature for limited keyboard players, and other musicians who play other instruments, such as guitar, bass, string instruments, etc.
This works in Cubase 7.5 for audio and midi!

If that's the Cubase feature that detects the chord and suggests chord progressions then YES PLEASE!

+1 A chord track would be useful to anyone composing music with Sonar.

Cubase 7.5 Chord track:  Enter chord name via qwerty keyboard in chord track and set keyboard to follow chords in chord track and everything played on midi keyboard follows chords automatically, this is also true for audio as well as midi.

Yeah - I was just trying to offer some that would work as plugins, or stand-alone in some cases.

Although Cthulhu isn't exactly what you're looking for, it might serve as a very powerful too for us "non-keybordists".

It allows us to play 1 finger chord progressions from the few 100 included presets, AND you can create your own chord progressions (in Learn mode). It tells you what chords you're playing and also comes with a powerful arpeggiator.

I'm demoing it right now and works well in Platinum.......looks like it's going to be on my to get list.

EDIT: I also found this at the Xfer site......

"Cthulhu is able to analyze the chords you play and allow for various sorting options (Circle of 5ths, Chromatic, low note, etc) allowing for easy access over your chords!"
