This is the first update they've done since late 2015. Anyone who uses the Uphoria series (UMC) of USB devices on Win 7 or higher, they have a driver update from version 3.29 to version 4.38. I use the UMC 1820 with very good results, but have not yet tested this new driver with my setup so use at your own risk. It says it will support sample rates of 192 with WASAPI on Windows systems.

EDIT/Update: They added in lower buffer sizes. The lowest was 64 samples, now it goes down to 8 with a safe function to prevent dropouts. I've test it at 32 with SPLAT and Reaper and it;s solid for me.

Thanks.  My 1820 is on standby right now, but I'll grab these for sure

Interesting.  The history text file shows a steady stream of updates.

Find your interface from the lists.

Been testing all day so far. This is a MUCH better driver and IMHO puts the unit on par with the Focusrite. Your results may vary....I have a beefy system.

Thanks, I recently purchased a UMC404 for mobile gigs, so I could leave the Audient at the studio. It's a better interface than I expected but wow...I was scratching my head, thinking this isn't going to work. You just saved my 404 from being a trot-line weight!

4.28 had a bit more latency for me.  I went back to 3.29

Plus this important note for Win 7 users:
Windows 7 requires hotfix to accept SHA-256 code signature
Operating systems:
Windows 7 32/64 bit
Problem description:
By default, Windows 7 does not accept SHA-256 code signatures, it accepts SHA-1 signatures only.
However, SHA-1 based certificates are deprecated and not available any longer. All recent code
singing certificates use the SHA-256 algorithm.
Microsoft has released a hotfix that adds support for SHA-256 certificates on Windows 7. The hotfix
KB3033929 can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3033929
Note that KB3033929 is available through Windows update. So the easiest solution is to make sure
this update is installed.
Additional information:
This problem does not exist on Windows 8 and later.

Dear people,
I take advantage of this Behringer USB thread to ask you something I couldn't get answered anywhere. I recently bought a UMC 1820, and works wonderful. But the ADAT I/Os are only available under ASIO driver. Is this correct or I should find ADAT I/Os under WASAPI too? With Cakewalk I have no problems, but somethimes I like to use GoldWave for simple one track recordings, and GoldWave doesn't recognize ASIO, so I need ADAT I/Os under WASAPI.
Thanks in advance for your answer::.
