Remember when albums used to come with scratch and sniff stickers on them? You could buy an album by the Raspberries that actually smelled like raspberries. It was somehow both kitschy and cool in 1972.

Can't read that without a sub it seems, but in case anyone is interested this covers the same ground and I think shows why he retains a very loyal fanbase.

The three that blew me away were Sgt. Pepper's, Magical Mystery Tour, and The White Album.  Opening each of those was as much of an experience as the music was. 


...and Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake by Small Faces.
