I had the same problem.  When I entered my email, it said it would send me a message which I never received.  Now I am locked out.  Very frustrating!

i logged in to the regular bandlab site top-right using username and pw - luckily my browser had saved the login info... but then in the forum i had to use my email plus the same pw as the regular site

Me too.  I got on the forum, but needed to change my email address; so when I requested a change of email address it said it was sending me the "email confirmation" link.  I never received the email and I have checked my spam--no email sent yet. 
 
Now I am locked out of the new forum.  I tried to get it to resend a new "confirmation email" but it now says "Registration is currently disabled" with a code 2S129/5.
 
Jesse, can I send you my email so you can help reset it?
