Does any one know why cakewalk support is not replying to emails. Have problems with downloaded software, also SI instruments have disappeared. Cakewalk support doesn't seem to want to know.

You have two separate issues which are handled by different groups. Send the download issue to customer support. The Studio Instrument issue to tech support. If possible call them.
