Today I posted 2 new songs to YouTube.
"Cerulean" is a sequel of my previous song "Azure" with slightly different musical character.
I think mix was a little improved from "Azure"

"August 31st"(originally Japanese title - 8月31日) is simple piano solo with loop-ability.
I initially planned to add bass, drums, and maybe strings, but when I finished piano part I thought "no additions are required".

..and this song marks my "31st" YouTube video.
Both songs are to mark the end of summer and celebrate the start of new season (and my birth month).

On the first song, I liked the piano in the first minute the most. You had a nice feel and melody. When the other instruments came in, it lost it for me. There did not seem to be a melody but only basic tracks. Then later, when you put solos on top of the bed, it became interesting again to me. 
 
On the second song, I liked it but felt it was just too long to sit through. 
I like your sense of melody and touch.

Indeed, I wandered to add melody or not to second part of the first song, but I couldn't add melody that sits so well on the track.
Second song, it was intended to be looped as background music, so it can be too long as standalone song.
But you're right, it could be shorter to be more focused.
