No sound in Platinum

Hi,
It's been a while I haven't used Platinum : I updated everything a few days ago on a working station and now I don't have sound anymore. The settings in the (P) preferences say that the sound card is not connected whereas it works just fine in FL Studio 20 ?

I reinstalled platinum, asio4all and the drivers : still no working. And as I said there is no problem with Fl Studio 20. If it was the sound card or its drivers I shouldn't have sound anywhere, no ?

If there is a factory ASIO driver for the interface (and there is for the interface in the .sig), ASIO4All should not be installed. It can cause conflicts with factory drivers.

If by "updating everything" you mean windows updates. The updates may have changed the audio path to your on board sound again. Happened to me. To be sure check that the audio isn't pointed to another sound source.
