hello i need help please compatibility problem.
I'm using sonar 8 and used to use   line 6 toneport as a usb sound card. with gearbox as my guitar rig.Everything wirked fine.
But i just changed my sound card to m audio premobile usb and guitar rig 5 as my guitar set up.
It's works great when i open sonar alone.
Still works great when i open guitar rig alone.
But when i open guitar rig first and then sonar.
sonar tells me i there are no audio devices for the current driver model on your system.
please go to options/audio and choose a different driver model.
 
but when i go to change the drivers it says none and i have no other option.

If you are using asio drivers and open guitar rig first, it will have control of your audio drivers. Sonar would not be able to use the drivers in use by guitar rig. Now if you open Sonar first, and open the vst of guitar rig, it will work.

Thatsastrat has it right.  Run guitar rig as a VST within Sonar.  I use it all the time with an ASIO interface.
