Ok, I know this is a not a particularly interesting question -- but . . .
 
All of a sudden -- the Nudge keyboard shortcut doesn't work.  My numbers are on -- and I didn't do anything (that I know of).  I certainly didn't change anything in Preferences.
 
Nudge works off the menu.  But I use the shortcut all of the time, so this will frustrating.
 
Any ideas?

I noticed some glitches with the nudge, too, so I went back and tested.  I can confirm problems with the keyboard shortcuts for nudge. (Not working.)  My next steps will be to check older editions of SPLAT.  What version are you running?
 
Anyone else have this problem?  Maybe we should bug it up.

Yes -- it's always worked before. 
 
All of a sudden it didn't --- I think right after the last upgrade (but I wouldn't swear to that).

I had this happen some time back with the nudge settings. First try toggling the num lock key. If that doesn't work, under edit>preferences>keyboard shortcuts try 'zap all' - that is what fixed it for me last time (you will need to re-assign any custom key bindings after though)
 
As a third option if 'zap all' does not work,  try reimporting the default bindings.
