Hi Jesse ,

All I was gonna do was just read your post and say to myself "hey great Jesse welcome " .

Then you happened to mention P 5 and that you had a part to play in Baking That Cake ....

For now I will spare you all the begging , pleading , graveling on the floor while doing an Iggy Pop over broken glass and any other number of things , Things like putting up billboards right off the highway entrance in the town you live  begging for a P 5 64 bit overhaul / Resurrection

You sound like a real cool person . I'm glad your back , Mojo Sent

Hey Jesse!
I suspect that one of the long term plans is releasing a Mac version of Cakewalk. I know that it would require a complete rewrite of the code and it will take years, but in the meantime the Windows version will grow due to this program has turned from being a less known competitor of Cubase and Pro Tools to becoming the best free DAW for the Windows platform, a no brainer without competition in its price range of 0$.
In summary, I think that Cakewalk will be very popular in the years to come as it is Davinci Resolve in the video side.

Hey, Jesse, glad you are back in the saddle for us.  You did some amazing programming before.  Can't wait until you get to be a little creative when the staffing is settled.  Looking forward to your contributions after you make a mac version (and Linux) and incorporate P5 into CbB.  Maybe a synth?
