I can get the "about" in the compressor but not the gate module, although compressor appears as current version so Ill assume gate is also.
 

I dd not test the expander/gate. The about may only be available on the compressor.

Mind you that the bug I reported and am experiencing is with the PC 4k expander/gate, not the compressor. I don't seem to have the compressor installed. I swear I did at one point. Can someone test the compressor to see if it also has the same issue with the arrow commands getting stuck?

As of the latest update (2016.09 update 2 (22.9.2 BUILD 42)), this bug is still alive and kicking (and affects other ProChannel modules), per confirmation by user Msorrels who posted the following on another thread and came up with a workaround:
 
"2016.09 update 2 (22.9.2 BUILD 42) updating won't help.  It is pretty easy to reproduce too.  If I don't have the ProChannel panel showing in the Properties Inspector (select the Clip or Track tab or collapse the whole inspector) it doesn't seem to do it. 
 
Seems to be a bug with several pro-channel modules though.  Happens with both the PC4K S-Type and PC4K-Exp/Gate and it seems to happen with Panipulator, Bark Of Dog, and Concrete Limiter."

Yes it is happening off and on with me - likewise!!!!!

Arrow-Keys track change gets stuck when reaching a track including PC4K Ch Comp or Gate (regardless of track being inside a folder or not)
 
Same with Concrete L and Bark of dog.
 
"About" not present in Gate/Exp, just Comp .
