Klos Studios
I've never used Cakewalk's technical support, so don't know personally.
I live in a small town and there's no one else handy doing what I do
with recording studio. I've been able to fix what issues I've had from
this forum and reading a few others. I've had to delve into a few more
things than I really wanted as there is no one else to help in my area.

That said, I think I recall reading one of Noel's posts that they have hired
new people and are starting to catch up in the support business.
Doesn't hurt to send an e-mail and see what happens...

Yes, The PACE I-LOK issue has been giving me the run since I went to 10. About every 3rd time I have to manually start it though I have tried 'auto' and delayed.  Hopefully PACE will jump on this soon.

Hi Mark,
I assuming it says, "User privileges insufficient to start a low level driver". This can be fixed using the following article:https://slatedigital.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/218732698-License-Error-Initialization-Error
OR you can update FG-X to the following version: FGX 1.4.0.4 Win Installer
Regards,

Problem solved after installing new Installer and rescanning VST plugins.
Thanks everyone.  Cool community.

Try running PACE under services with delay. This is an optional way to run iLok.
