So, it's been almost a year since I've even been able to get to my DAW due to some flood damage, so I'm getting my feet wet again.  I downloaded the latest ver. of Cmnd Ctr and logged in, but to my surprise it says I have no products, yet my Acct page accurately reflects the products I DO own.  It's no big deal right now, but why doesn't it reflect the products...ANY products?

It depends on the product. Not all Cakewalk products have a Command Center compatible installer. For example SONAR X3 and older do not use the Command Center.

Have you made sure you are using the latest version of the command centre? The latest is 1.1.7.1 and is available from here: But as mentioned, Sonar X3 Studio (which is your DAW according to your signature) is not delivered via the command centre.
