What about the switch in "Settings" > "Personalization" > "Start" > "Show recently opened items in Jump lists on Start or the taskbar". Has it been turned off? If not, does it make any difference if you turn it off and the turn it on again? Maybe even with a reboot in between?
Hum... I can't find the "start" in the personalization section.. Is it a feature used in Sonar Platinium ?
Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. It's a setting in Windows 10 under "Start" > "Settings" > "Personalization" > "Start" > "Show recently opened items in Jump lists on Start or the taskbar". You might also have to switch on "Show recently added apps" on the same page if it has been turned off.
I have personally no problem seeing the most recently opened cwp files when right clicking the SONAR Platinum icon in the taskbar. The list gets updated the moment a project is opened in SONAR, and that's regardless if I open it from the Start Screen, select File > Open, or pick it up from the list of last used projects.
If the suggested steps above doesn't help, then I have absolutely no idea as to what might be the problem.
