adrian.crossanJump lists aren't stored in the registry. They are here: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations Copy the path into the Run dialog or the Explorer address bar. You could delete all the files, or try to find the SONAR one. They are binary files but if you open them in Notepad the linked file paths can be seen.

BTW: it's always good practice to flag a problem as solved by updating the title of the thread. As this isn't a Sonar bug but a Windows setting, I would recommend you change it to "[Solved] Most recent projects not updated on the Windows Taskbar"
