I am pretty sure its not a Command Center issue , but more of a windows 10 64 bit error.
Windows 10 updated itself this morning. I had been holding off but it forced update this morning.
Went to launch command center to get the latest sonar update and I am getting this message  
 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Command Center\Cakewalk-Command-Center.exe
File system error (65535)
 
when trying to launch (as administrator), same message when trying to launch ILok License Manager and  Waves Central.
 
Tried doing a system restore (earlier point) wich usually clears this up, but isn't seeming to work.
 
Any help would be appreciated.

A Google search for "File system error (65535)" turns up a lot of information about the error and recommended actions to resolve the problem.

are you using the latest version of Command Center ?

Command Center was updated last month I believe so if your using an older version this might happen,
if you cant force CCC to open, download the new one and install it.
 
you might be able to check in your Command Center folder (C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads) to see which version you are running.
