Hi there,
The CA-2A and PC4K-S are in "my products" but aren't showing in Platinum.
I'm guessing must I manually download and install them, but wanted to ask to make sure first.

The CA-2A and PC4K-S Type Channel Compressors are not part of Platinum. The plug-ins predate the Command Center. The Command Center requires new installers which have not been written for these plug-ins. They need to be manually installed and activated.
