Not sure this will help but I'll post it anyway. The main front facing part is store bought and probably no longer available so probably no help but the sidecar rack is something I built myself so there's that. I can't remember the name of the company that built the keyboard stand, but it was Italian because I remember having to send to Italy for different parts because I was using an 88 key keyboard and most of their stuff available state side was designed for 60 key keyboards.
Isn't that a Quik-Lok Z71 something or other? I have a Quik-Lok 2-tier stand that had side-mount speaker stands just like yours and a pc keyboard/mouse tray that slid out under the bottom keyboard... very similar. I vaguely remember when I ordered it that it was backordered from Italy. Could be a different brand, but sounds and looks similar. Quik-Lok is still around, fwiw.
I did have a KK-Audio stand that was pretty nice for what it was. Approximately this thing:

Back to topic: I can recommend building your own, if you're so inclined. You get to decide exactly what height, monitor riser config, rack config, keyboard layout, etc.
These days I'm on this wacky setup these days that's a bastard combo of the Z71 stand I mentioned at the start, an old computer desk for the DAW itself, stand-alone monitor stands, and a DIY 14-space rolling rack and a Stageline rolling 20-space mixer rack (10 straight / 10 slanted). It's never made me want to sit there for hours, and if anything it always feels disjointed. I guess I'm ready for the upgrade, too.
Watching this thread to see what comes up. I'm always thinking about building a desk but so far I haven't made up my mind on which way to go with it.
Best of luck - I hope you find some good ideas, here.
