Hi everyone.
In Sonar Platinum, when I select multiple tracks with synths and automation envelopes and move or copy and paste them (via Control-C + Control-V, or via Copy Special + special Paste), all the clips are perfectly copied (Clips track 1, move / copy to track 1), but automation envelopes are copied to all selected tracks (track envelopes 1 are copied to tracks 2, 3, ...), making all synths have all envelopes of all synths (if the synth is the same, the envelope will be identified, but if different, will create orphan envelopes).

 Steps:

1) This is the tracks selected to copy (https://postimg.org/image/lqlld92oj/)

2) Hold CONTROL and Move to right to copy (https://postimg.org/image/9aovji9cj/). As you see, the envelope of track 3, is copied to track 4, 5, 6, 8 (the track 7 is a midi track routed to 8)

Am I missing something?

I would appreciate any help.

I've just added some images to illustrate this issue.

I'm not clear on the initial descriptions since both refer to SONAR Platinum and seem to include the same steps, but the first states "are copied to all selected tracks" while the second states "are copied to all tracks".  The two images appear to be slightly different, where the Kontakt track is selected but the clip(s) are not in the first image while they are in the second, and vice versa for track 7.

The first image is the selection of the tracks you want to copy. The second image is what happens when you move them using CONTROL (to copy).

Oh, sorry... just copy and paste 2 times, and I edited one copy. The original post is already fixed

im sorry, im still trying to figure out what the question actually is :-)
so please forgive me.
is it you do not want to copy automation to all tracks ?
if that's the case, try only selecting the tracks you want to have pasted to. (don't select all tracks)

you can also use Copy special/paste special for more options. as I said, I still don't really understand the question much.
