As I mentioned in my email response, we reached out to a bunch of people who donated to the mug reward level on Friday. We'll be reaching out to everyone in the upcoming week or two. It's taken time due to the amazing response, but also to source the rewards. I'm sorry, we could have been more in touch and I apologize for the frustration.
And I don't think anyone is trying to start trouble! If I wrote an email and didn't get a response, I'd get fired up and look for another channel to communicate. It worked, so, well done, sir!
