I was contacted about my choices for T-Shirt and Mug back on April 16th.  Still waiting.

Bandlab contacted me in the mid of April -
mug is shipped.
The workflow in my studio is lacking elemental hardware since.

New update from BandLab this morning.  Mugs are being shipped, but T-Shirts are still being "prepared"
The actual statement: "We are in the midst of preparing the shirts so that will take some more time!"

I'm a very happy man today. Received my Cakewalk by BandLab mug. Expect productivity to explode. Took a while, then again it's a long way from Singapore to some island on the Norwegian west coast. We are experiencing a heat wave here at the moment, relatively speaking, and I'm contemplating whether it would also be suitable for some ice cold beer ... :)

Last I got from them a week ago, is "be patient". Obviously they did not have things in order when they made the announcement.  Mugs (from posts) went out but the T-Shirts had to be ordered.  They have had plenty of time to ship them out, but can still take a while to get to the US (or wherever).

I'm looking at Christmas for my mug and T-Shirt

I'm also still waiting on the shipment (t-shirt and mug), but have been contacted a couple of times (to confirm shipping address, which ones I wanted, etc), and replies when I have checked in a couple times.  The communications (or non-communications as it were) are a little frustrating... but similarly, a t-shirt and mug is not why I tipped the Bakers, so I'm not that worried. Also, I assume the t-shirt delay is because the Bakers had to find some sonic sheep, and then sheer em, and wash the wool and dry it by the heat of a lava lamp for maximum mixing potency... it's a whole process :)

I was just overjoyed that Cakewalk was back from beyond the grave, and that Cakewalk by Bandlab has been a really solid DAW (not requiring me to change the way I do anything).  I just want the swag so I can be a walking billboard for this product :)

Keep up the good work Bakers.
