Hello,
I hope you are all well!

I have 225 audio clips. Each one is just one word. e.g "egg". I need to have a length of silence of 500 ms before and after the word for each clip. Is there a way to do this all together? Or do I have to manually cut each file?

Thanks

How are these clips organised in SONAR?

Are they all arranged on separate tracks? If so, you should be able to group them (ctrl + a) and drag the leading edge to the left to get your 500ms and ditto drag the trailing edge out to the right by the same amount.
This will be easier if a) you've got the time ruler to display hh:mm:ss and the "word" on your first clip is on a measure boundary.

It should work, provided you have enough space between each clip to apply the changes
