How many of you use a LAVA LAMP in your Studio?

 
 
If you didn't know this tool is essentiell to get the sound you're looking for! Every major Studio has one and so do I in my Studio!

this here is worth a research paper on its own, ive heard people say that the way the room is lit can have an effect on how they hear, i can beleive that one sense can effect the other, or maybe its more a psychological comfort thing

I think I'd prefer the jar of rocks they sell. It's only a few thousand I believe.

I find that a ProTools poster on the wall behind me and slightly above my head level, pinned not stapled, helps cut the LF's too.

Mine is so vital I even include it in my signature here on the forum.... Mines a peaceful, relaxing blue colour...(that's 'color' to my colonial cousins hehe)
