very nice indeed. A bit too much reverb for my taste but really well performed.

I thought it was very good . The only thing is I feel there is a disconnect between the visual end of the video and the sound of your production .
The sound of your production blows away the look of your video
At some point down the road you may want to consider keeping the music / song production as it is and making a video that is more in tune with the song ...
Some possible visual approaches could be you playing your guitar to a cool looking Lady out side at a cafe , or doing some outdoors type of serenade using a hottie . Still shots could work well also combined with you home shots ..
Maybe a local club or restaurant  will let you film a few segments during an off hour where it wouldn't matter so much about recreating the sound since you already nailed that end of things

What am I saying here ...a little lip and fret syncing job along the way to add interest to your musical performance can give your video a nice touch and bring it over the top ...even if you slapped on some nice duds / cloths and stood in front of a green screen and then added a backround you would be good to go...
Every body does it get with the program    trust me man , your a good looking guy , do you want to play for a bunch of guitar players on u tube that got their arms crossed while they look at your fingers ? or do you want to work what you got to get your music up a notch or two to help get you to where you want to go ...

all  the best,

@SteveC, enough said, thanks!!!

@emeraldsoul, thanks for the feedback, I struggle turning down reverb although that's the one constructive criticism I I get somewhat consistently. Moving forward definitely will be more sensitive to the reverb level, confidence and reverb level I believe are inversely related :D Reverb to mix not to hide!

@daryl1968, thanks! Same response as above ^

@Kenny, I totally agree and thanks for your input. The video production value is lacking significantly and I struggle in this department each time I record. Currently, I'm just recording the video on my cell phone... the most advanced video equipment I have is a plastic tripod that holds my phone :D I've done some preliminary searching for a better video camera but haven't decided if the cost will provide the same level of benefit. As far as quality, I think the biggest issue to overcome is the lighting. I have a lot of windows in my place but the sun doesn't get in much. As far as content, I need to outsource/delegate this to someone who has a passion in this area. I can help with a vision but the actual execution and detail I would rather not worry about. I'm hoping that as I progress and network I'll meet more people and hopefully find some local talent in this area. I'm trying to craft live recordings, for now, in each video I have made the audio and video is recorded simultaneously. I am planning on doing a few tunes that aren't all live but I have not decided on what the video value will be... more than likely it'll just be a vocal cover video, or lyric video...  then someday I'll finish my originals :D

Hi pcolangelo ,

I'm real glad you took my feedback on your video in the spirit I meant it to be taken at ...
Your still a young talented player . With the chops you have in your voice and the guitar I wish you the best.
Hey man , your Dad Rocks on his version of The Jimi version of The Star spangled Banner ...Oh my Lord

He nailed it, right!? Growing up he used to play it on the 4th but for the past 15-20 years, nothing, so I recorded my own version this past 4th and it sparked his interest again... plus that video wasn't taken at his house so he wasn't worried about the neighbors :D
