I thought it was very good . The only thing is I feel there is a disconnect between the visual end of the video and the sound of your production .
The sound of your production blows away the look of your video

At some point down the road you may want to consider keeping the music / song production as it is and making a video that is more in tune with the song ...
Some possible visual approaches could be you playing your guitar to a cool looking Lady out side at a cafe , or doing some outdoors type of serenade using a hottie . Still shots could work well also combined with you home shots ..
Maybe a local club or restaurant will let you film a few segments during an off hour where it wouldn't matter so much about recreating the sound since you already nailed that end of things
What am I saying here ...a little lip and fret syncing job along the way to add interest to your musical performance can give your video a nice touch and bring it over the top ...even if you slapped on some nice duds / cloths and stood in front of a green screen and then added a backround you would be good to go...
Every body does it

get with the program

trust me man , your a good looking guy , do you want to play for a bunch of guitar players on u tube that got their arms crossed while they look at your fingers ? or do you want to work what you got to get your music up a notch or two to help get you to where you want to go ...
all the best,
Kenny
