I loved this!  You need a lyric sheet, haha.  Did you play the guitar live, or was it a program?

Man, that beat! This sounds something that would play in the closing credits of a horror movie. Cool break with some pretty awesome sounds under that guitar. Very groovy for something so, well, fractured. :)

Three real Guitars David, played by these furry paws, a custom built Blond Les Paul with DiMarzio pups, an Ash bodied Fender Stratocaster with Seymour Duncan pups and an Ibanez S 670PB.
Drums Superior Drummer 2 Metal Foundry, Rapture Pro Bass and of course because it is me a Arturia's Moog Modular V.

Thanks for listening.

Wook - this is great!  this is probably my favorite of your songs so far that I've ever heard!!!  Love it!

the drums are mixed a lot like your electronic music and for this song I'd suggest something a little more "organic" give the drums a little more definition.  just a suggestion

great guitars on this!  good job!

Thank you Reece, on the drums possibly could make some few changes, thanks again for the ears.

I agree with Reece that the drums are mixed a little tame, but the vibe you were going for does come through. The mix is also a little light on the bass.

I don't think I've ever heard anything like this from you so it was a treat to hear something so different.

Dan

Thanks for listening Dan, interesting I will happily admit to total laziness with the drums I used a Metal Foundry preset for the mix which sounds fine here, though the snare is a little back in the mix.  I am surprised about the bass as it sounds fine in the wave.  Lets blame MP3 encoding and Soundcloud's further corruption.

I really like this change of pace from you, Wookie!  The mix I heard sounds good with that heavy rock sound, and I thought the drums sounded pretty darn good.  I just started using SD2 again after several years, and I may have to invest in Metal Foundry after hearing this.  Keep up the good work!
