I like her voice Tim, and you've done nice work providing an interesting, creative musical backdrop for it. I'll throw my hat in with Tom on the drums though, they're a bit too off-kilter for me, but I get what you were going for.

Very cool song, Tim, and she does have a great voice - pitch, phrasing and tonality.  Feels authentic.
 
Mix-wise everything seems nicely clear though the low end does seem a little light.  But like Tom and James I think the highly syncopated drums aren't really doing the song justice.
