I purchased the Studio One / Notion BF combo on Nov 24 and have yet to receive my licenses (although I have received my Boz and AD2 licenses from them, purchased at the same time). I've contacted AudioDeluxe twice with no response. When I get on my account and review my orders I see "Licenses not yet delivered". So I assume this is a Presonus issue. It's been 3 weeks. Surely this is enough time. I'm looking for some guidance here. Do I keep bugging AudioDeluxe? Do I start bugging Presonus? Getting a little frustrated here...

Did you go under your account and check your order?
I've had vendors forget to notify me about licenses and have found them listed in my account info.
If AudioDeluxe processed the order and obtained the license# it'll be listed there.

I would bug Audio Deluxe big time. I bought SO3 from them on 23rd November and got my licence, not just on the same day but in less than 10 minutes!

This usually means the License has to be generated manually, and thus, can "fall through the cracks"
Give AD a call or email and they'll get it resolved
