If you can find a great deal on one, the Roland V-Studio 100 is hard to beat. Along with the DAW controller functions, it has a full-fledged audio interface with Roland's Capture series technology. And since it was made by Roland (when they owned CW) it uses ACT for tight integration with Sonar.
No longer in production, but no worries, has Win 10 support!

Otherwise, if you're not in a hurry, it's bound to show up again somewhere at a cheaper price. I snagged one a couple of weeks ago in mint condition for $100!
