I just installed the 2018.07 update and to my surprise, I CAN NOT OPEN ANY PROJECT!
The error below always appears:
 

 
How can I revert to the previous version?

If you have been saving installers, re-install one of the saved versions. Before that, reboot (if the machine was not already rebooted after the update) to see if it makes a difference. Also make sure Win10 is up to date.

Its possible that you have a bad install. Can you try uninstalling and re-installing after rebooting your PC?
Also when you load the project do you see any messages showing the load progress before you see the crash?
If you can pm me a link to the dump file created (name in the screenshot) I can take a look at it.

It did not work. I uninstalled CBB, then cleaned the windows registry with CCleanner, rebooted Windows 10, installed CBB through the Bandlab assist, restarted Windows again, but the problem remains.
I suspect that it is some incompatibility with Kontakt because, in the version 2018.06, CBB presented some errors always the FIRST time that I opened the program. Hence I was forced to close CBB, open it again and then it worked.
But now it does not work anymore.
Will I have to restore a full backup of my C: drive (and lose several things) to be able to go back to 2018.06?
