It did not work. I uninstalled CBB, then cleaned the windows registry with CCleanner, rebooted Windows 10, installed CBB through the Bandlab assist, restarted Windows again, but the problem remains.
I suspect that it is some incompatibility with Kontakt because, in the version 2018.06, CBB presented some errors always the FIRST time that I opened the program. Hence I was forced to close CBB, open it again and then it worked.
But now it does not work anymore.
Will I have to restore a full backup of my C: drive (and lose several things) to be able to go back to 2018.06?
