Hi,
I thought I'd ask if anyone has come across the red warning pop-up screen which states...
 
Membership Renewal Is Required
SONAR will go into Demo Mode in 13 day(s)
Renew your membership or buy SONAR before time runs out.
 
I'm asking as I've been using Platinum for around 16 months and never had this message before. My subscriptions are up to date and I've yet to receive the latest invoice so there's very little I can do until it arrives from Cleverbridge.
 
I have a session this evening and I don't think the red warning sign is ideal when there are paying clients in the studio. I've restarted my workstation and fired up the Command Centre but the warning still appears.
 
Any ideas ? :-)

I doubt if it has any bearing on the issue, but I did install a demo of Nomad Factory Cosmos last night. Today is the first time I've booted Platinum since then. #ClutchingAtStraws :-)

Update...
 
As if by magic the latest Cleverbridge invoice appeared in my inbox and all is now well with Platinum.
 
Oddly, the invoice says that 'Updated Payment Details Are Required' but I am certain that I did not receive the original invoice and I haven't changed my related email address or payment account.
 
I'll put this one down to a glitch. Onwards and upwards.
