ProChannel modules can disappear if you've compressed your drive.
If you've compressed your drive, make sure
C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\Internal is not compressed.
i.e:
- right click on this folder within Windows Explorer
- Select Properties from the popup menu
- Click the Advanced button on the dialog
- Ensure "Compress contents to save disk space" is unchecked
- Click OK
- Click Apply
- Click OK
This is the only folder I know about that exhibits this issue, but there may be others, so you may want to decompress the whole
C:\Program Files\Cakewalk folder.
